That Shiny Blue Building in Burjuman Centre Mall

There’s a shiny new building in front of the BurJuman mall. The new wing of the mall which houses Carrefour and other shops has three blue towers with diamond frames which stand out when you look at Burjuman Centre.

During the day, these towers are shiny blue with diamond silver frames. At night, the frames light up with a white glow and the blue glass looks black so it highlights the beauty of the towers.

I was able to get a closer look at it when I was at a mini park of the Burjuman Arjaan by Rotana hotel apartment. I couldn’t help but take some photos with my Fujifilm X-E1 camera. I also managed to use the 50-230mm zoom lens.

Blue Towers in Bur Dubai – In Front of BurJuman Mall – City Seasons Towers

Name of the building?
I wanted to verify the name of this blue building but nothing has been confirmed. I tried to contact one of the staff in Burjuman mall when I called their hotline, but they were not able to give a concrete answer. They said it’s not part of BurJuman mall, and rumors say that it’s a “Four Seasons” hotel.

UPDATE April 25, 2016: After passing by the mall via taxi, I noticed that the tower has a sign saying “Hotel CITY SEASONS Towers”. They have a name now and it’s called City Seasons.

So nothing’s final until it is official. I’ll update this blogpost when I get the correct name. In the mean time, here are some photos I’ve taken.

Note: These photos are taken from one side so it looks like one tower when it’s actually three.

You can view this tower when you stop at Burjuman metro station – red line. You won’t miss this as it definitely stands out. We hope to get inside this skyscraper when the time comes that it will finally be open to the public.
